How To Disable Stories In Facebook

NoMoreStories is a new Cydia release that disables Facebook Stories and removes it completely from the Facebook app. This tweak is available as a free download package in Cydia’s BigBoss repo. Once you install it on your device, all the twesk's effects will take place immediately. This means that when you open the Facebook app, you’ll notice that the circular Stories no longer appear at the top of the app.

This is a useful tweak for those who rarely use the Stories feature in Facebook, or simply don’t like it and want to get rid of it.

NoMoreStories tweak doesn't have any connection with Facebook account. It simply iteracts with the Facebook app to temporarily disable the Stories option from the app. If you log into your account from another iPhone that doesn’t have the tweak installed or isn’t jailbroken, you’ll start to see Stories again.

Keep in mind that it is possible to bring back Stories to Facebook using the tweak's preferences pane in Settings app. You can do it any time you wish just heading there and toggling off the tweak.
